The Cheese On Bread Initiative (COBI) was launched with the simple goal of advancing the educational opportunities for children in Barbados. We were founded by a family of Bajans and Bajan-Americans, and, as is part of Bajan culture, we recognize the value and importance of education. COBI plans to work with organizations and individuals in Barbados in order to provide and enhance educational opportunities for all young people on the island.
